Offline & fully exportable
One tap a set. Nothing in your way.
One exercise at a time, with weight and reps prefilled from your last performance. Warm-up and working sets, an auto rest timer, and PRs caught as you go.
- Placeholders from your previous session
- Rest timer starts when you check off a set
- Add an exercise mid-workout, skip a set, keep moving

Your data already says something.
Progression suggestions arrive on the exercise, the session you're ready for them. Ask anything about your training in plain language and get an answer built from your logged sets. Plus weekly reports and muscle-balance analysis.
- Progression suggestions on the lift, yours to accept
- Grounded in your data — says so when it can't answer
- Weekly report: what changed and what to do next
- Muscle balance: which muscles are short, and what would fix it

Questions
Is RepPlanr free?
Yes. Logging, routines, history, the rest timer, and the Strength, Volume, PR and Consistency charts are free forever. RepPlanr Pro adds progression suggestions, the advanced set types, and the AI layer — Ask, weekly reports and muscle-balance analysis — with a 7-day free trial.
Does it work offline?
Yes. RepPlanr is offline-first: logging sets, browsing history and the rest timer all work with no connection, and sync catches up when you're back online. Only the AI features and report generation need a connection.
Does the AI just give generic advice?
No. Ask and the reports are built from your own logged sets. If your data can't support an answer, it says so rather than guessing — no generic coaching, no invented numbers.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Export everything you've logged as CSV (one row per set) or JSON (sessions, programs, PRs, reports) — a file you keep, no account required.
Does it connect to Apple Health?
Yes. RepPlanr can write your completed workouts to Apple Health and read your body weight — those two, and nothing else. It never reads your heart rate, your step count, or workouts recorded by other apps.
Where can I get it?
RepPlanr is on the App Store now, free to start, for iPhone running iOS 16.4 or later. Android is to follow.
Track the lift, starting today.
